If you are looking for a great gym with lots of space and equipment, Crossfit South Denver is the place. I appreciate that Kyle focuses on technique and form more than excessive weight. I had been a CrossFit Coach and gym manager for 8+ years before becoming a SAHM and finally getting to just enjoy the workouts. Through my experience I have been apart of multiple gyms as well as visited many different ones and I have to honestly say that this is the best coached gym I’ve ever been involved in. It’s often found in CrossFit that if you find a quality gym, they typically have 1-2 high quality coaches with others just being fillers for random classes, but not at South Denver. Literally every coach I have done a class under has been phenomenal. They give great tips, they know the movement and they’re skilled in teaching you to do it correctly. Also they put your body’s longevity at the forefront and know when to tell you to back off and when to push it. I would recommend this gym to any and everyone, whether you are a top competitive athlete or just walking into a gym for the first time ever. I promise they’ve got you covered!

Joining CrossFit South Denver has truly been a game-changer for me! The BEST in the business. There isn't a ton of whitespace when it comes to gyms in Denver, but Kyle and CFSD stand in a league of their own. I've been training privately with Kyle for nearly four years and I credit him with being in the best shape of my life. I started with him almost a year after my full hip replacement, still limping, and not able to do any of the activities I love because of discomfort and weakness in my hip. His knowledge of movement and training, along with his professionalism and passion for his craft are unmatched and I am now back to skiing, trail running, mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, surfing, and anything else I want. I never thought I would ever be able to do those things again and not only am I back at it, but I'm stronger and better at them than I ever have been. Run, don't walk to this gym. I can't recommend it enough.

CrossFit South Denver Guidelines for New Members

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins to ensure a smooth start.
  • What to Bring: We recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel.
  • Equipment Use: Weights and fitness accessories will be used during classes to enhance your workout. All equipment is provided.
  • Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older to join classes at CrossFit South Denver.
  • Class Start Time: Please be ready at the start of class. There may be a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, subject to the coach’s discretion. Entry after the grace period may not be allowed.
  • Payments: We accept credit and debit card payments only. Cash and checks are not accepted.
  • Class Limit: To maintain safety and recovery, members are limited to one class per day, regardless of membership level.

CrossFit South Denver Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, so we allow entry into class up to 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. However, this is subject to the coach’s discretion and may vary.

If you cancel less than 1 hours before the class start time or arrive after the 10-minute grace period, a $15 fee will be charged to the credit card on file, and your class credit will not be refunded.

All late-cancel fees are automatically charged to the credit card on file.

  • LATE CANCEL

    • If you late-cancel less than 1 hours prior to class start time, or arrive past the allotted grace period, you will be charged $15 to the credit card on file, and your class credit will not be returned to your account.

      All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

    •  NO SHOW

      If you are signed up for a class and no show said class, then you will be charged a penalty of $20
