BodyFit by Kyla is a great way to get in shape while having fun in a supportive atmosphere. Barbell Free!  If you’re intimidated by barbell work, but still want all the benefits of functional fitness, this is for you! Here is what you can expect:
  • A spacious, fully equipped gym with Kettlebells, jump ropes, pull-up bars, medicine balls, slam balls, a prowler and more!
  • A fitness class inside of a CrossFit gym so you can check out the facility, and make an easy transition if you’d like to try it out.
  • Confidence in your body.
  • Accountability of goals for maximum results.
  • We will always warm up, workout, and then cool down.
  • Classes will be no longer than one hour.

As we wrap up November and we are going to continue charging drop in fees, not monthly installments until the end of the year. We have figured out that this just works better. All classes will be held at CrossFit South Denver.
