Mobility/Muscle Dynamics/Mobilization Class
A thirty minute mobilizing class centered on one or two body parts or muscles per class. This will be a partner dynamic, partner centered class. All members are welcome and encouraged to make time for this class.
Level 1 Classes
For the newer member or member that has been doing Crossfit for less than a year who want to take more time working on form and isn’t worried about the clock as much yet.
