Burpee onto Plate
* Dynamic push-ups are done with two 45# plates for guys, two 25# plates for girls. Watch the video, Rx for today is starting with your hands on the floor between the plates. Push up with sufficient force to jump your hands on to the plate. Then jump your hands back between the plates and go chest-to-floor.
