The Complex

5 Rounds Bar from floor for all exercises

5 Barbell Roll-out*
5 Deadlift 135#/95# (rx2: 115#/75#)
5 Front Squat 135#/95# (rx2: 115#/75#)
5 Push Press 135#/95# (rx2: 115#/75#)
200m Run

* Barbell roll-out: hands in clean grip, starting on knees. Push bar forward until you get chest to floor with your arms extended fully. Pull yourself back to your original position to make 1 rep. Scale by stopping short of chest-to-floor as much as necessary to complete the rep.
