Deadlift (1RM)

Find your 1 rep max deadlift in 20 minutes.

Deadlift/Double-Under AMRAP

AMRAP 6 (Increasing reps)

Deadlifts @ 75% 1RM — start @ 4 reps, add 2 reps/round
Double unders — start @ 20 reps, add 5 reps/round

Post # rounds completed + number of reps in partial round. Ex: If you finished 5 rounds and did 14 deadlifts and 6 double-unders, your score is 5 + 20
