For time (25 min cap)
Plate Run 400 meters (45/25)
50 Burpees
40 Lunges (1=1)
30 Alternating Pistols
20 Kettlebell C&J (55/35) (10 Each Side)
10 Handstand push-ups
Then,
Plate Run 400 meters (45/25)
