Thursday, July 4th: CrossFit Denver & South Denver CLOSED. 9AM workout at CrossFit 6th Avenue
Friday, July 5th: CrossFit 6th Avenue CLOSED. 9am workout at CrossFit Denver, Noon workout at South Denver.
Saturday, July 6th: CrossFit Denver & South Denver CLOSED. 10AM park workout at Sloan’s Lake hosted by CrossFit 6th Avenue. Location will be the northwest corner of Sloans Lake park – there are two parking lots there. Look for the CrossFit 6th Ave Banner and Blue topped tent. Sheridan Ave & W Byron Pl/W 25th Ave (Edgewater). This WOD will be primarily bodyweight movements, and LOTS of them. Feel free to invite your friends, and come play in the sun with us.
