Hey all! CrossFit South Denver member Dr. Paul Endriss will be at CrossFit South Denver tomorrow evening at 5pm to work on any members who are facing mobility issues or are working through injuries. Best of all, he is doing this for FREE! If you’d like to talk to Paul or have him work with you, feel free to show up during this time!

About Dr. Endriss: Dr. Paul Endress uses a combination of different approaches when treating and evaluating his patients. Through the utilization of chiropractic adjustments, corrective exercise and Active Release Therapy, he is able to identify which muscles and structures are causing your specific condition. Dr. Endriss has seen tremendous success for many conditions using this combination of therapies.

Dr. Endriss completed his undergraduate studies in Biology/Pre-med at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA. After Coe, he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa graduating Magna Sum Laude. While he was attending Palmer he was nominated and received the Clinical Excellence award which is given to one graduate who exemplifies the highest ideals of the profession.

5X2 Hi-Hang Cleans – heaviest possible, rest 60 sec.

Post heaviest successful set of 2 (without dropping bar between)

20/20x8x2

20 seconds work followed by 20 seconds rest,
8 rounds (of each) alternating between:
Double-Under
Plank hold

rest 2 minutes, then:

20 seconds work followed by 20 seconds rest,
8 rounds (of each) alternating between:
Burpees
L-sit hold from pullup bar

Track total of the LOWEST round of each of the 4 exercises.
