20 jump squat
20 KB swings 55#/35# American
20 burpees
20 OHS 95#/65#
20 Muscle Up, scale to 10 Pull up & 10 Ring dip
20 Box Jumps 32’/24′
40 KB OH lunge 55#/35# (20 each leg)
