Post heaviest successful rep

Push-Up/Air Squat/KB Swings — run or row buyout

Increasing AMRAP 8
Start at 2 reps and add 2 reps each round:

HR Push-ups
BW Squats
Kettlebell swings (55#/35#)

After the AMRAP, immediately do one of: 800m run/1000m row for a buyout
