7×1 2-Position Snatch (floor – hang) heaviest possible, rest 60-90 sec.

Under 4 months: 3-3-3-3-3 hang – hi-hang at a lighter weight, concentrating on good technique. Same rest as above, 60-90 secs between rounds.
