2-POSITION CLEAN (floor, hang) + JERK – heaviest possible, rest 60-90 sec. between rounds

One rep = 1 clean from floor + 1 clean from hang + 1 jerk (push or split), all without dropping the bar.

Post heaviest successful rep.
