EMOM for 10min, perform 14 Lateral Kettlebell Squat Lunges, 7 on each leg (55#/35#)
BB Complex on the 90 second interval Thu,Aug 14,2014
Every 90 seconds for 10 rounds perform the following complex:
1 Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Split Jerk
If you know your 1 rep max, attempt to perform each complex at 75-80% of your 1 rep max.
Our classes today are:
Workout of the Day: 6:00am, 7:00am, 10am, noon, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Elements 2: 6:30pm
