9 BW Squat

If you can’t complete the round in the minute, run 400m then start back where you left off when the next minute begins

Post total reps for the 30 minute workout (1 round = 18 reps)

Workout of the Day: 6:00am, 10am, noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Elements 2: 6:30pm
