Squat Clean (5×3)

Squat Clean 3-3-3-3-3 90 seconds rest between sets

Add or remove weight as necessary to keep it challenging but with perfection of technique in mind

Double-Under/Burpee/Pistol

AMRAP 15
30 Double-Unders
20 Burpees (onto a 45# plate)
10 Alternating Pistols (5 each leg)
