EMOM 12 min:
7 Thrusters (75#/55#)
7 Pull-Ups
7 Burpees

Drop down 2 reps on each exercise if you can’t complete 7 of each movement in each round. IF you make it through all 12 minutes at 7 reps each, continue until you fail (capped at 17 minutes).
