20 Burpees
30 OH Lunge w/plate 45#/25#
40 double-unders
400M Run

The above set of movements will be performed in AMRAP fashion, 3 times, with different AMRAP lengths.

First round: AMRAP 90 seconds
30 seconds break.
Second round: Start with c&j again, AMRAP 3 minutes
90 seconds break
Third round: Start with c&j again, AMRAP 9 minutes

Track total reps. The run = 1 rep.

Workout of the Day: 6:00am, 10am, noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Elements 3: 6:30pm
