Reminder: the Tuesday night Olympic lifting class at CrossFit Denver is no longer on the schedule. It has been replaced by Wednesday night 6th Avenue Barbell Club at CrossFit 6th Avenue. If you show up at CrossFit Denver tonight at 7pm, your only option will be the main WOD.
OHS (Overhead Squat)
First two rounds are warm-up with non-challenging weight.
Try to increase weight on every round of 3 reps.
Please note the max weight lifted for 3 reps. Note any weights used to build up to your max weight in the ”Why not Rx” section.
7×1 SNATCH BALANCE – 90-second interval. From rack.
THIS IS AN ALTERNATE TO OHS, FOR EXPERIENCED MEMBERS
Add or remove weight as desired.
Post heaviest successful weight — ‘successful’ means that you do a SNATCH BALANCE into the bottom and stand back up with dropping the bar.
