Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes:
Minute 1: 20 Heavy Russian Kettlebell Swings (70#/55#)
Minute 2: 15 Dynamic Push-Ups (45#/25#)
Minute 3: 10 Burpee Box Jumps (24’/20′)

Cycle through these alternating exercises to complete a total of 10 rounds of each movement.

Workout of the Day: 6:00am, 7:00am, 10am, noon, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
