Muscle-Up Technique Practice

Take 15 minutes to practice the muscle-up


Snatches (full squat) @ 135/95#
For time.

Note: if the class is larger than 12 people, we will be splitting the class in half and substituting in turkish get-up practice for the muscle-up practice. Half the class will do turkish get-ups for 15 minutes while the other half does Amanda with a 15 minute cap, then we will switch.

Note: Suggested scaling for muscle-ups will be 2:1 pull-ups and ring dips.

Our classes today are:
Workout of the Day: 6:00am, 10am, noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Elements 3: 6:30pm

The CrossFit Denver Affiliate Network will be operating under a compressed schedule during the upcoming Labor Day holiday weekend.

Saturday will be normal schedule, but Sunday and Monday will be modified:

Sunday, September 1st: ALL GYMS CLOSED (Run a 5k for time if you want to get your workout on!)

Monday, September 2nd:  9am WOD @ CrossFit Denver    10am WOD @ CrossFit South Denver    Noon WOD @ CrossFit 6th Avenue.

There will be no Elements classes offered at any location on Monday, September 2nd (Labor Day).
