24 Alternating Rounds (8 rounds of each):
Ring Rows
Ring Dips
Air Squats

20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest between exercises.


Our classes today are: Workout of the Day: 6:00am, 7:00am, 10:00am, noon, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm Elements 1: 6:30pm
