heaviest possible with good form
3 Months or less: 5-5-5 (with good form)
4 KB Snatch (2 each arm)
10 Double Under
4 Pistols (2l/2r; 4l/4r etc)
Add 4 reps to the KB Snatch/Pistols each round. Add 10 reps to the Double Unders each round.
