CrossFit South Denver Guidelines for New Members
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins to ensure a smooth start.
- What to Bring: We recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel.
- Equipment Use: Weights and fitness accessories will be used during classes to enhance your workout. All equipment is provided.
- Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older to join classes at CrossFit South Denver.
- Class Start Time: Please be ready at the start of class. There may be a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, subject to the coach’s discretion. Entry after the grace period may not be allowed.
- Payments: We accept credit and debit card payments only. Cash and checks are not accepted.
- Class Limit: To maintain safety and recovery, members are limited to one class per day, regardless of membership level.
CrossFit South Denver Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, so we allow entry into class up to 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. However, this is subject to the coach’s discretion and may vary.
If you cancel less than 1 hours before the class start time or arrive after the 10-minute grace period, a $15 fee will be charged to the credit card on file, and your class credit will not be refunded.
All late-cancel fees are automatically charged to the credit card on file.

LATE CANCEL

If you late-cancel less than 1 hours prior to class start time, or arrive past the allotted grace period, you will be charged $15 to the credit card on file, and your class credit will not be returned to your account.

NO SHOW
If you are signed up for a class and no show said class, then you will be charged a penalty of $20

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, Workshops, Events or apparel and merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis from the date of purchase.

Memberships have a 3-month minimum contract commitment. (unless otherwise stated on the contract.)

To cancel your membership or skip a month, a 30-day notice is required. Email kyle@crossfitsouthdenver.com to cancel or skip. Maximum 2 months skipped in a calendar year.

Memberships begin on the date of purchase but can be adjusted to the date on which you take your first class.
Liability Waiver and Photo/Video Release
Please read the following carefully. Trailhead to Summit LLC assumes no responsibility for any harm or damage to you or your belongings while on the premises or participating in any activities.
Liability Waiver:
By signing this waiver, I hereby release and agree to hold Trailhead to Summit LLC, its owners, partners, employees, and affiliates harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives, all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation for any harm, injury, or loss that may result from participation in activities offered by Trailhead to Summit LLC, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage or theft.
I acknowledge that this release discharges Trailhead to Summit LLC from any liability or claim related to any services provided or activities undertaken. This waiver extends to all Trailhead to Summit LLC activities, including classes, events, or retreats, whether held on-site or off-site.
I understand that participants must be at least 16 years of age to engage in any activities or classes.
Photo/Video Release:
I grant Trailhead to Summit LLC the right to use my likeness in photographs and/or videos for marketing, publications, or any other media, including live streaming or recorded sessions, without compensation or royalties. I waive the right to inspect or approve any images or videos before their use.
If I prefer not to appear in any recorded media, I understand it is my responsibility to notify Trailhead to Summit LLC in advance and inform the instructor, who will direct me to a designated area out of the camera’s view.
By entering the premises or participating in any event hosted by Trailhead to Summit LLC, I accept full responsibility for the security of my personal belongings.
