Know thyself. Try some Personal Training.
At CrossFit South Denver, we’re dedicated to fostering a space where finishing first at all costs isn’t the ultimate goal. Instead, we prioritize moving better each day and teaching it better, for everyone. This ethos is a fundamental part of our approach to personal training.
If that makes you think we don’t work hard, think again. We’re committed to the long game. The strain and stimulus you place on your body for lifelong health should almost never exceed your ability to recover between sessions, which is carefully monitored in personal training.
Ask yourself: do your coaches offer feedback on what you could do differently, or do they simply watch? True coaching means receiving constructive input—not just praise. If your only interaction with your coach is a pat on the back, it might mean one of two things:
- You move flawlessly (unlikely).
- They don’t know how to guide you, which is not ideal during personal training.
And let’s face it, 20-to-1 coach-to-athlete ratios don’t cut it.
>Ready to level up? Because there are levels to this, especially in personal training.
