Click here to claim your deal and let’s crush those goals together! Whether you’re here to build strength, blast through plateaus, or just feel awesome, you’re going to get stronger every day. Let’s make it happen!
1. When you arrive, aim to be about 5 minutes early so you can jump on a piece of equipment and start warming up. We have a general warm-up we all do, but there’s no such thing as “too warm,” so don’t wait around for an invitation to start. You’ve already paid, so let’s get moving.
2. We love working hard, but to do that effectively, you need to be properly fueled and hydrated. Not sure if you’ve eaten enough? Email me 2 hours before class, or, if you’re short on time, have a sweet potato and some fruit about 60 minutes beforehand. If that doesn’t work for you, just make sure you eat something! If you don’t like being told what to eat, that’s fine—just figure out what works for you.
3. Class starts at the scheduled time, and if you’re more than 10 minutes late, it’s tough to catch up. Life happens, and that’s okay, but the coach will still be leading the class as planned. We can’t stop or adjust for latecomers, so try to arrive on time to get the most out of your workout
Respect the Space and People Around You
Clean up after yourself and keep equipment organized. It’s not only respectful but helps keep the energy in the gym positive and everyone focused on their goals.Bring Your Positive Attitude
Leave the stress of the day at the door. The gym is for working hard, but also for having fun and supporting others. Encourage those around you, and celebrate both big and small wins together!Challenge Yourself, Not Others
Push your limits, but focus on your own progress. A gym is a place to build yourself up, not compare or compete with others. Let’s celebrate personal growth, not competition.Ask for Help, Offer Help
If you’re unsure about an exercise or need a spotter, don’t hesitate to ask! And if you see someone struggling or new, offer a helping hand—it keeps the vibe inclusive and supportive.Leave the Ego at the Door
We all have different fitness levels, and that’s okay! Focus on your journey, avoid comparing yourself to others, and remember: effort counts more than perfection.
